For a recent deal, Rely processed more than 18,000 files spanning nearly 188,000 pages. It then audited 432 rent roll records across 37 fields, approximately 16,000 data points, in one hour.

Rather than manually comparing leases against property records, the team could review structured, source-linked findings that identified inconsistencies in charges, lease terms, and rent roll information.
